The service may process account details, profile settings, trade journal entries, imported CSV or Excel data, screenshots, notes, targets, team relationships, support information, and generated report content. Authentication details and application data are managed through Supabase.

Information is used to provide the journal, calendar, reports, imports, team features, account security, support, and product improvement. Journal data is not used to place trades or execute transactions.

When AI features are enabled, selected journal data is sent to Google Gemini to generate psychology, coaching, pattern, or daily motivation content. Generated reports may be cached in Supabase to reduce cost and repeated processing. AI output is educational and is not financial advice.

Current service providers include Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google Gemini for optional AI processing, Resend for team invitation email, and Vercel for application hosting. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Data is retained while an account remains active or as reasonably required to operate, secure, and comply with legal obligations for the service. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Users may contact support to request access, correction, export, or deletion.
