Terms of use

These starter terms describe the rules for accessing the journal, reports, AI features, and team workspace.

1. Agreement and operator

By creating an account or using Doji Journal, you agree to these terms. The service operator is [Legal entity name], governed from [Australian state or territory], subject to final business and legal confirmation.

2. Journal and analytics service

The service provides trade journaling, imports, performance analytics, calendars, reports, coaching workflows, and optional AI summaries. Users are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information they upload.

3. No financial advice

All reports, targets, coaching notes, and AI output are educational journal tools. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and do not recommend buying, selling, or holding any financial product. Trading decisions remain the user's responsibility.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. The service must not be used to break laws, infringe rights, disrupt systems, probe security, or upload malicious or unauthorized information.

5. Plans and provisional pricing

Current pricing and plan descriptions are provisional while payment integration is not active. Final billing terms, renewal rules, cancellation rights, taxes, and refunds will be presented before any paid subscription is accepted.

6. AI and third-party services

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be independently reviewed. The product relies on third-party providers including Supabase, Google Gemini, Resend, and Vercel; their availability may affect the service.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis during its early stage. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, decisions based on reports, or indirect losses arising from use of the service.

8. Changes and termination

Features and these terms may change as the service develops. Access may be suspended for security, misuse, legal compliance, or serious breach. Users may stop using the service and request account deletion through support.
